Townsville South SS is very proud of the 2021 acknowledgement from the Department of Education Improvement Branch that we received on 8 December, 2021 as per the letter below from the Education Queensland Assistant Director-General.

Education Improvement Branch’s 2021 annual performance assessment.
In
Term 4 each year, the Education Improvement Branch undertakes an annual
performance assessment process involving consideration
of a wide range of data across Queensland state schools, followed by
meetings with each regional leadership team.
Your
school has been identified as demonstrating a strong trajectory of
improvement across a range of school performance indicators,
in addition to supporting information provided by the region.
