Our goal is to encourage students to build leadership skills to support others, build good communication and interpersonal skills.
Processes we have to encourage student leadership:
- Year 6 Senior Leadership Positions
- All Year 6 students are allocated as student leaders and assist others around the school
- Student Council
- Classroom based leadership roles.
This creates great support and good capacity learning for all our students.
